Car Catcher do not buy or sell vehicles. All car sales are carried out independently of this site direct with the dealer advertising the vehicle.

To qualify as a Car Catcher Dealer you will need

• To sell Vehicles on a regular basis.
• Offer a minimum of 3 months warranty on all vehicles listed on Car Catcher. (Unless listed as Part-Exchange)
• Have a trading address where vehicles can be viewed, private or business address, (not side of road sales) either during certain times or by appointment.
• Provide all details required on the sign up form.
• Read and agree to all terms and conditions set out here and on our Terms and Conditions Page.
• Be able to pay by Direct Debit either from a personal or business bank account.

There is no setup fee. Just sign up and complete the direct debit agreement.

There is no minimum contract period, we work on a monthly rolling contract.

There are absolutely no hidden costs, our pricing structure is incredibly simple and straight forward:

£25+vat per month paid by direct debit on the 1st day of every month.

• All sites and vehicles fully backed up on a daily basis.
• Software updates all included
• Hosting fees (normally £57.95 per year)
• Online and Telephone Support
• Fully responsive mobile friendly versions of your website
• All vehicles appear on CarCatcher.co.uk main site
• Statistics supplied for individual listings
• List as many vehicles with up to 15 photos per vehicle

All sites are individually tailored with your logo and company colours.

Once logged into your Car Catcher Control Panel you can:

• Upload your own company logo*
• Add Vehicle Listings
• Edit Vehicle Listings
• Control Active, On Sale & Sold Listings
• Edit your .carcatcher.co.uk website colours
• Setup opening hours
• Link to your social pages
• Edit your About Us page
• Contact Car Catcher Support via Online support request

We currently only accept direct debit*.
Accounts are on a monthly basis on a rolling monthly contract.
Once you sign up to Car Catcher you will either be directed to our online Direct Debit agreement or a direct debit request will be emailed to you.
We take payments on the 1st of every month for that calendar month.
If payment fails we will make a 2nd attempt normally by the 7th of the month.
(payments are classed as 'failed' if the second attempt fails).
Any cancelled or failed Direct Debits will cause your Car Catcher Account to be automatically suspended.
(after 1 calendar month all suspended accounts are removed and all data is lost)

If you would like to cancel your account please do so in writing via email giving 30 days’ notice.

* direct debit is handled via GoCardless

Your account will be accessible as soon as you have agreed and filled in your direct debit details.
Your Car Catcher Control Panel, account and your .carcatcher.co.uk website and domain is then setup instantly.
You will be emailed a temporary password and instructions on how to log in to your CarCatcher Control Panel.

If you wish to cancel your Car Catcher account please do so via email to sales@carcather.co.uk.
Accounts are on a monthly basis on a rolling monthly contract.
Cancelled accounts will be suspended for 1 whole calendar month firstly to allow you to change your mind without losing data.
After 1 calendar month suspended accounts will be removed from our system and all data will be lost.
No refunds will be given against suspended accounts.

We ask all dealers to add a referal code on sign up.
This allows us to monitor how you found out about our site.
This also allows us to know you are a real dealer that is signing up.
A referal code can be found on the Flyer or paperwork you were given when told about us.
If you do not have a referal code please click here or use the button on the sign up form to be instantly emailed a referal code.
Referal codes will be validated when submitted.
Referal codes only contain 0(Zeros) no Os

All .carcatcher.co.uk websites allow you to choose your own domain name.
Your domain name cannot contain special characters, can only contain Alphanumeric Characters, no spaces however the '_' '-' characters are allowed.
Customers can access your website directly by going to YOUR_CHOSEN_DOMAIN.carcatcher.co.uk
Please choose a Domain Name when signing up and it will be automatically checked for availability.

We actively allow you to promote your own website through your Car Catcher website.
In the configuration area of your Car Catcher Control Panel you can enter your own website web address.
This is then displayed in the sidebar as an SEO friendly link.
Your website will open in a separate window/tab to ensure customers can find their way back to your page.

We believe in value for money and also believe in only charging a fair fee whilst providing a professional service. The subscription you pay covers hosting and an array of other professional services (see above).

Car Catcher UK is a trading name of Car Catcher Online Ltd and this product is offered as one of our many on line offerings, as such we are able to keep our overheads low.
